CUSTOM ORDERS:

There are NO refunds or credit for custom-made or personalized items.

Claims are limited to correction or replacement, and must be made within five (5) days of receipt.  Claims made after 5 days will be replaced or corrected at our discretion.

READY-MADE MERCHANDISE:

Merchandise that is purchased but found to be out-of-stock will be refunded after (7) days unless a substitute or comparable selection is  chosen by the customer.

Claims for ready-made merchandise that is defective or incorrect must be made within ten (10) days of receipt.  Returms must be pre-approved by Johnson's Custom Crafts,  and must be returned in the original containers along with a copy of the original invoice or receipt, plus a filled-in copy of the return form which can be obtained by clicking here.  Fill in the form, print it out and enclose it with your return.  Insure your package with the U.S. Postal Service or the carrier of your choice.  Returns must be sent to:

You will then have the choice of replacement or credit.

Merchandise returned without prior authorization, or reported after 10 days of receipt WILL NOT be credited.

SHIPPING DAMAGE:

Please inspect your merchandise when received, and report any shipping damage directly to the freight company within 5 days.
